What is the weather like from July to October?
The weather in Sri Lanka is warm (ranges around 75 – 85 %) and sunny. During the period from May to October (known as the monsoon period – the name given to the rains that come to the Indian subcontinents) we experience late afternoon showers. With global warming and changes in weather patterns it is difficult to predict the weather at any given period of time. Even during the “rainy season” you can enjoy sunshine during some part of the day.
