You’ll be visiting countries that are (in the sense of weather) very different. Germany, Hungary, Poland, Belarus, Czech R., Switzerland and partly Slovenia belong to Central Europe. In September you can expect pretty fine weather, arround 23 – 26 degrees of Celzius during the day, but some night might be chilly, especially in areas with mountains. Similar is in northern Italy and in parts of France with mountains. Italy, Spain, Portugal, southers France might be very hot even in September. Basically you need 2 sets of clothes. One completely summerly and one small set of autumn clothes for colder days and nights and something for rain protection. In Czecz Republi and Germany you can expect more rain than in other parts of Central Europe. Also in Austria if you plan to go there In Italy and southern France and especially in Spain temperatures during the day will be high, but it depends where you go.
