What is the way to properly meditate?
Proper way to meditate: 1. Have enough sleep. 2. It’s best to meditate before we eat anything or about 2 hours after we eat. Why? Because when we have food in our stomachs, all the blood circulate from the brain to the stomach. As a result, we can feel sleepy. It’s not good to have this stupor when we try to meditate. 3. Prepare two sitting mats. (One is placed at bottom. And, the other one is placed halfway on top of it so that when we sit, the top mat can support our back bone and thus straightening up our spinal cord.
