What is the wattage of the Silence HP?
Silence HP typically uses 2/3 less energy than conventional turbo dryers. The special Silence HP brushless motor is not rated like a conventional AC or DC dryer motor. Silence HP has two heat settings designed to produce the same heat output as most conventional 1200 W/1650 W dryers.The #1 setting is equivalent to 1200 W of heat output while using just 322 Watts of electricity, the #2 setting is equivalent to 1650 watts of heat using just 585 watts of electricity. When the cool shot is engaged, only 38 watts of electricity is used.
