What is the water temperature diving in North Sulawesi?
Water temperatures in North Sulawesi can be described as tropical. Ranging from 27°C (80.6°F) to 30°C (86°F). Thermal clines are a common occurence with temperatures dropping to sometimes 22°C (71.6°F). For exposure suit recommendations, a 3mm long suit is recommended. However, if you are sceptical to cold, you may like to have a 5mm and/or a hood. Long suits are always recommended as it provides not just thermal protection but it also protects you from being stung by sea bugs or jelly fishes.
