What is the water source or water system for Town & Country and can individual homeowners drill their own deep wells as water source?
Town & Country has a 100,000 gallon overhead treated water tank to supply the water needs of the whole residential community. Another water system is planned for construction should there be more actual residents in the said community. Since treated water supply is guaranteed, Active Construction, Inc. does not allow individual homeowners to have their own deep wells constructed, as this will tend to contaminate the main water source where water supply for the whole community is taken from.
