What is the Warrior Transition Course (WTC)?

0

Warrior Transition course is a 33 day intensive training course designed to provide Air Force, Navy, Marine, and prior service military personnel a reception and integration process into the Army as an alternate to Basic Combat Training. This course will produce a well-disciplined, motivated, physically fit, Soldier, who understands the Armys Values, embedded with Warrior Ethos and is fully prepared for advanced individual training. By all means this is not a “Gentlemans” course. What should I expect from/at the WTC? WTC will cover over 250 hours of group instruction in a classroom and field environment to include Basic Rifle Marksmanship (BRM), Map Reading and Land Navigation, First Aid, Urban Operations, Basic Tactical Training (BTT), Convoy Operations, Army Values, Warrior Ethos, and Physical Fitness. GOOGLE: ARMY + WTC and you should find a bit more information. You might also try going to goarmy.com and using the online recruiter chat function. I would ask about the maximum break
