What is the warranty?
NEOS comes standard with a one-year limited warranty on its electronic parts. This includes free software updates. The steel cases carry a lifetime-limited warranty, and the plastic carries a limited warranty of 10 years. Extended warranties for parts only or parts and labor may be purchased. Consult your Playworld Systems representative for more information.
All video games carry a 60 warranty on PARTS except the CRT or monitor. If you purchase a fully reconditioned it is a 90 day warranty and 6 months on the CRT. This warranty is for home use games only. Commercial games carry a 30 day warranty on parts only. Warranty is void for any abuse and misuse other than what was intended for normal game play.
The 3M Window Film warranty is the best in the business! 3M Window Films are warranted to maintain their solar properties without bubbling, peeling, cracking, or crazing. Many films which do not use dyed polyesters are warranted against discoloration, too. This part of the warranty is Lifetime for most residential applications, ten years for most commercial applications, and five years for some specialty films. Should the product prove to be defective, 3M and Firehouse will replace the film and provide re-application labor free of charge.
