What is the warranty?
The 2.3 MHz wireless TV headset comes with a 90 day warranty and Lifetime Service Guarantee. The Original, Professional and Home Theatre TV Ears Systems come with a 1 year warranty and a Lifetime Service Guarantee. If a product is defective or breaks it will be repaired or replaced at no charge during the warranty period. Please see warranty section for more details and for the Lifetime Service Guarantee.
SimonCells.com will service or replace defective merchandise with the exact model or a comparable model, at our discretion, within 7 days. After 7 days customers must contact the manufacture directly. Many phones come with a year warranty, some warrantys are international, and all warranties are for manufacturer defects only.
