What is the warranty policy on the Foot Care Scale?
This scale is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship for five (5) years for the original purchaser from the original date of purchase. It does not cover damages or wear resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, or unauthorized adjustment or repair. Should this scale require service (or replacement at our option) while under warranty, please call Auto Control Medical at 1-800-461-0991. At our discretion, you may be asked to pack the item carefully and return it prepaid, along with the original purchase confirmation e-mail showing date of purchase and a note explaining reason for return to: Auto Control Medical Inc.
