The warranty period for all current TVM colour monitors is three years for the parts and two years CRT and labour. For monochrome monitors , one year for parts and labour. 9. WHAT IS TVM RMA PROCEDURE ? All RMA monitors that need to be returned for repairs or exchange need a RMA number. You can get this number by calling into our BC office at 604-276-0096 or Toronto office at 416-298-5886. Or you can e-mail us at info@tvm.com. Then you need to ship it to us prepaid and we will ship it back to you prepaid when the monitor is fixed.
