What is the warranty on the UltraScope stethoscope?
The UltraScope Lifetime Warranty UltraScope warrants your UltraScope/MAXIScope stethoscope for life. The warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. Your UltraScope will be repaired or replaced at the option of UltraScope, if a manufacturing or material defect is determined. UltraScope eartips, diaphragm, retaining ring, binaurals, and internal spring will be replaced at no charge. UltraScope tubing is also warranted if a manufacturing or material defect is determined. Abuse, including neglect, unauthorized alteration i.e. switching one head between different tubings or repair attempts will void the warranty. There is a $7.00 fee. You may contact Ultrascope directly at 800-677-2673. You must complete their online Warranty Registration at: http://www.ultrascopes.com/warrantyregistration.
