What is the warranty on the ionizer?
Your ionizer is guaranteed against all defects in workmanship and materials for 5 years (parts and labor). Items returned will be repaired and returned, or replaced with a similar ionizer of approximately the same age and condition. Return Policy We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and invite you to try our machine for 60 days. If at any time in the first 60 days you wish to return the unit, we will give you a refund less 15% restocking fee, as long as the ionizer is returned in “as new condition”. “As new condition” means the water ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned in the original packaging with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manual, etc. No return can be accepted without prior authorization.
