Television lift mechanisms, power supplies, and other electronically related components are warranted by each respective manufacturer. Furnlite warrants to the original purchaser of the FC-FMP-3500 TV Lift that, for a period of one year from date of purchase, the TV Lift (1) shall be free from defects in design, assembly, material and workmanship and (2) shall perform within its design specifications. Furnlite shall, at its option, replace the defective TV Lift free of charge on site in the event that, during the Warranty Period, (a) a TV Lift is found (i) to be defective in design, assembly, material or workmanship or (ii) to perform outside its design specifications.
