What is the warranty on PANDORA?
PANDORA Towson stands by all PANDORA products. Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects for two years. This would include, but are not limited to, defective clasp, loose bracelet threads and missing gem stones. General wear and tear and improper cleaning are not covered. Oxidized bracelets are specially treated to give them their deep, dark appearance. The finish on these bracelets may fade over time as the beads slide or due to exposure to water. This is not a defect of the oxidized bracelet, it is normal wear and tear and is therefore, not covered by the warranty.
