A. The warranty begins on the date of final payment of the contract. New Structure Plumbing & Heating Inc. provides a 10-year conditional warranty. If within 10 years, you experience any problems as a result of our work or materials, and not as a result of natural wear and tear, acts of nature, such as flooding, earthquake, windstorm and lightening; or acts of a party other than New Structure Plumbing, they will be corrected at no additional cost whatsoever.
