What is the warranty on Croozer products?
Croozer is proud to back its products with a lifetime limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Please note that due to the nature of tires and tubes, these items are not covered by this warranty. Here are the details: Lifetime Limited Warranty: Croozer Designs warrants that the frame is free of defects for the lifetime of the product. The fabric and hitch are warranted for one year following the date of delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty does not include the wheels and tires. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser and under normal use. Repairs must be made by Croozer Designs or an authorized retailer, otherwise this warranty is void. Croozer Designs reserves the right to repair or replace the warranted trailer. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse of this product, accidental or intentional damage, neglect or commercial use.
