Warranty: • All OEM CPU’s carry a limited 30-day warranty. • All retail CPU’s carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty and must be serviced by the original manufacturer. • For all CPU’s, Dreamhardware.com will not cross-ship. • All defective and DOA CPU’s will be replaced upon return. Refund: • All CPU’s can only be refunded within the first 7 days from invoice date, and must be post marked within 7 days, no exceptions. • All defective and DOA CPU’ s will be replaced, not refunded. • All refunds, including defective and DOA CPU’s, will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Announcing the CPU as defective but wanting a Refund does not waive the restocking fee. Defective CPU’s will be replaced, not refunded Physical damage to any product will void the product’s warranty. Improper Installation of CPU fans and Improper clocking will cause CPUs to Chip. ALL CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damage.
