The factory warranty on a gen-AIR-ator system is shown below: ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY Grovhac, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials, workmanship, or design for one year after the date of original purchase. If the product should become defective within that warranty period, we will repair or replace it (at our option) free of charge, including return transportation to you, provided you deliver it prepaid to Grovhac, Inc., 4310 N. 126th St. Brookfield, WI 53005. This warranty does not include damage resulting from accident, abuse, or misuse of the product. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year from purchase and to the extent permitted by law and any and all implied warranties are excluded.
