The BioMat is covered by a full 1–year manufacturer’s warranty. Each unit has passed rigorous quality testing. Our sample exhibited high quality of build and materials, suitable for daily clinical use. When you purchase the Bio–Mat from Sounds True, you’re also covered by our 30–day return policy (not including return shipping). The product and packaging must be in new condition.
