What is the warranty behind my Tike Tech stroller?
At Tike Tech, we stand behind our strollers and accessories 100%. When purchased from an authorized Tike Tech dealer, your Tike Tech is covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty for one year on soft goods from the date of purchase and 5 years on the frame. If you have any questions regarding your stroller, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you! Please note, to make a warranty claim your stroller box needs to be labeled with a Tike Tech RA (return authorization) number. RA numbers can only be provided directly by Tike Tech.
