The Walmart Product Support Center is a portal that provides consumers free product support. The portal provides support for: Most electronic products purchased at Walmart that are eligible for the Walmart Product Support Any Walmart product purchased along with a N.E.W. Product Care Plan or Product Replacement Plan The portal offers consumers help answering questions about product features and specs via phone or the internet; help understanding how to use most electronic products purchased at Walmart as well as configuration assistance; help with product troubleshooting; and help with obtaining service and claims administration for manufacturer warranties and N.E.W. Product Care Plans or Product Replacement Plans. The customer is responsible for any 3rd party charges related to service referrals for required repairs not covered under manufacturer or N.E.W. extended warranties.
