What is the waiting time according to indian rules for remarriage after divorce?

There is as such no waiting period after the divorce has been granted & decree of divorce issued by the court of competent jurisdiction. However since there is ninety days time period for filling any appeal against the order/judgement of the District Court in any main petition pertaining to the dissolution of marriage, hence the best course is to wait for ninety days before the divorcee remarries as then if no appeal lies against the order of divorce, the person is free to remarry with no legal impediment.
