• The HSA is an agreement between the State of Western Australia (WA) and the Commonwealth Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) for the provision of a comprehensive range of admitted and non-admitted patient services to entitled Veterans and their beneficiaries by WA publicly funded hospitals. The Department of Health is responsible for the implementation of the HSA on behalf of the State.
