A. The VRC is located in the GSCM Service Center in Baltimore. The VRC is where volunteers can obtain the latest information on GSCM program activities, special events and activities offered by local groups. Any forms needed are available at the VRC (You can also download some of them on our Web Site – www.gscm.org). The VRC has two computer stations with free Internet access. Volunteers are encouraged to use the computers for Girl Scout related business while visiting the VRC.
