Founded by the Bar Associationof San Francisco in 1977, the Volunteer Legal Services Programis a non-profit provider of free legal and social services to low-income individuals and families. VLSP is the largest and only fully comprehensive civil legal services provider in San Francisco. Our nationally recognized, award-winning programs are holistic – integrating legal and social services in order to address the full spectrum of issues facing our clients.
