What is the VOICE Transcript?
A computerized transcript is issued to SNMTS members once a year. The transcript identifies VOICE or RCEEM approved continuing education activities submitted and recorded during the 3 most recent years prior to its issue. Transcripts are mailed the first week of the month before their birthmonth. For example: the first week of May we mailed transcripts to members who have June birthdays. If your state has a different requirement and you find you need your transcript at a different time, contact the Education Department: education@snm.org. Online Transcripts – VOICE transcripts are also available online for logged in members only. View your transcript by going to the My Account page and typing in your birthdate (example: 12/12/1952) for verification. SNM.org online exams are automatically inserted into your VOICE transcripts immediately upon successful completion. Your transcript is a service that makes your reporting process much easier.
