The VOICE is the annual publication of the System which is sent to all new members and all other members who pay their annual dues. The VOICE contains system information, photos, membership numbers, and much more. The Communicator is the System newsletter. Simply keep SASEs on file with editors, Judy and Dick – K3CDQ, and they will send the COMMUNICATOR to you. There is no charge for the COMMUNICATOR. ALL controls stations should get the COMMUNICATOR.
