What is the VMS (Vendor Management System) Program?

0

The VMS program is a structured, standard way for you to access suppliers of temporary labor. The program works like this: * Once the program is implemented (late fall), you will submit orders to Manpower via InSite, a Web-based system that will manage all orders, assignments and time for temporary labor. (interim order process follows). * Manpower will seek to fill that order within 48 hours. * If the order is not filled in that timeframe, it will be distributed to the other participating suppliers. * NOTE: Before the system is fully implemented, you can contact the Manpower Onsite team to place any requisition.
