What is the VisionRacer Returns Policy?
Our Returns Policy is simple. If within the first thirty (30) days of receiving the product you are unhappy with the VR3’s performance ‘not your performance’, we will give you a refund. The goods have to be returned to us in their original packaging. If a VR3 part breaks we will replace it when you have returned it to us or in some instances a picture of the fault which satisfies us the damage was not due to driver abuse.
