What is the VisaPoint service?
Most applicants applying for a U.S. non-immigrant visa must appear in person for an interview. To schedule an interview, applicants must use the VisaPoint service. The service provides general information on non-immigrant visas, including a list of required application materials for each non-immigrant visa classification. Applicants can schedule, reschedule, and cancel an interview for a specific date and time for up to five immediate family members.
