What is the Visa Waver Program?
The Visa Waiver Program (VWP) is a scheme operated by the US Government, allowing citizens of certain countries to visit the United States without a visa if their passport meets special requirements. Most important point is that from 26 October 2004 all passengers from one of the VW countries MUST be in possession of a valid ICAO conform Machine Readable Passport.
