What is the Virtual Assistant concept?
Virtual Assistants use their own resources (office space, equipment, technology) to provide administrative support for businesses and busy individuals. They work contractually, they work on call, and they only bill for time spent working on your project (no waste of time or resources). VA’s provide many of the same services that a traditional admin asst. provides, but VA’s work remotely and usually communicate with you via the Internet or telephone. The Internet has made it easier to do business globally, so some VA’s have local and global clients.
