What is the Villages of Fair Lakes?
The Villages of Fair Lakes comprises neighborhoods and/or complexes into one organization. Each organization contributes to the operation of our community and management of our HOA quarterly assessments. They exist to ensure our community is maintained in a manner commensurate with the home values we want to maintain and ensure that contracts issued for routine services (trash, recycling, landscaping, snow removal, etc.) are properly executed and maintained. In addition, they oversee proper maintenance of the Fair Lakes Community common areas outside the confines of North Lake Village.
