What is the Village at Heron Bay and where is it located?
The land south of the Wildewood neighborhood, which fronts Hwy. 155, is owned by Minerva and is zoned for a variety of commercial, office and residential uses. It is designed to be a “village-style” commercial node, surrounded by a variety of different types of residential uses including live/work units, apartments, condos, town homes and single-family housing. The goal is to have smaller spaces with uses such as book shops, bakery, barber, bar, restaurants, butcher, art shop, real estate office, etc. (not typical “big box” retail).
