What is the Victorian Treasures return policy?
We want you to be happy with our products. The items we choose are proven best sellers in our retail store. If an item does not meet your satisfaction or is defective, you may return it within 30 days of the shipment date of your order, call us at 845/986-7616 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Victorian Treasures does not accept returns without a valid RA number. Each item returned must be in its original new, unused, undamaged condition with its original packaging, packing slip, manufacturer labels, information cards or booklets, certificates, and accessories. Wrap all items securely, using great care and additional padding for fragile items, and place them into one or more additional cartons. Write the RA number and reason for return, and specify Refund or Replacement on the back of the original packing slip or on a copy of it.
