What is the Victims Bill of Rights?
As the victim of a crime, the law grants you certain rights and responsibilities. You have the right to be notified of each stage in the judicial process, from arrest bond to arraignment to plea negotiations. You have the right to voice your opinion as to bonds and plea offers.
