What is the Veterans Inspiring Patriotism program?
Veterans Inspiring Patriotism is a 30- to 50-minute program that can be delivered in a classroom, whole school or youth organization context. The program is designed to complement the teacher’s or leader’s work to a sense of patriotism in their youth. This two-part program utilizes: (1) a series of videos that cover a brief look at the history of America’s freedoms; and a discussion led by (2) veterans who communicate the our freedoms are worthy of appreciation, our history is worth remembering, and patriotism is worth expressing.
