What is the validity period of the ER Card?

0

The ER Card is valid for one (1) year from the activation and one (1) time use/one (1) incident only within that period. The card is to be used for emergency care services in emergency rooms only of any of the accredited hospitals. Activate before the date indicated on the face of the card. Failure to do so will render the card expired. A valid ID must be presented along with the ER Card to the admitting hospital to avail of the emergency room service.
