What is the Valencia deal all about?
Glad you asked! The Valencia Resort and Spa is approximately acres of prime real estate located at near the town of Jaco on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We’re purchasing the land, adding roads and infrastructure, and reselling the improved property to builders, developers and individuals looking for incredible homes and home-sites. Sell–out of Phase 1 is expected to be within 2–3 years, and the final result of Phase 1 is expected to be a total resale value of US$5.52 million. We are raising $1.8 million for Phase 1 to cover the purchase price plus development costs. There will be no additional funds raised to manage the Phase 1 investment, as it will be all raised up-front.
