What is the VA Learning Management System (VA LMS)?
The VA LMS is a web-based application that will serve as the single point of access for all VA employees to view national and local learning catalogs, register for available offerings, launch on-line courses, record completed learning activities, and access their learning transcript. An enterprise (VA-wide) system approach eliminates the need for employees to search through multiple systems and locations for learning information and tracking completed activities. The VA LMS provides a seamless learning environment, eliminating duplicative training management efforts and creating one record of training for VA employees.
