Following an auto accident, the person responsible assaulted me with the handle of his cane. His intent was to due great bodily harm. He was stopped by witnesses. I am interested in knowing what the State of Missouri usually sentences an individual like this. He’s an older man that looks like a biker. But, it could be that he has no priors.
