The United States Renal Data System (USRDS), funded by the National Institutes of Health, National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, is the national data registry that collects, analyzes, and distributes information on the end-stage renal disease (ESRD) population in the U.S., including treatments and outcomes. The USRDS Coordinating Center is operated by the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
