A USER ID and PIN (Personal Identification Number) are required for remote access. Your USER ID is your CWID without hyphens or spaces. Your PIN is your four-digit birth month and year (MMYY). You cannot change your pin. If you are a Delta Community College student, your USER ID is your Social Security Number, and the rest of the process is the same.
