What is the use of combining ACCs together in a virtual airspace block?
The VAB functionality is designed to allow the capacity planner to easily increase or decrease the granularity of the capacity analysis. Capacity planners from countries having several ACCs may wish to perform analysis at the national level. And alternatively, other planners may wish to perform detailed analysis at the sector family level.
