The SmarterMail web interface used depends on which mail server your account is on. You can find which mail server your account is on by checking the POP3 and SMTP servers listed on the account in your email client. In Outlook these settings are found under “Tools” -> “Account Settings…”, then select the account in question and click on “Change…”. For example, if your account is on mail.orcsweb.com, the URL is http://mail.orcsweb.com; if your account is on mail3.orcsweb.com, the URL is http://mail3.orcsweb.com.
