That template can be found at: http://pubpages.unh.edu/~cs403d/CS403/frameset-template.html To view the template you need to select the “View Source” option from the menu bar (rather than right-mouse clicking on the page itself; doing so will just show the source code for that individual page and not the frameset declaration…).
