The Upper St. Croix Watershed Alliance (USCWA) is a local group of lake and river organizations working together to maintain and improve water quality in the Upper St. Croix – Eau Claire Rivers watershed. Participants include Douglas County Association of Lakes and Streams, Friends of the St. Croix Headwaters, Gordon/St. Croix Flowage Association, Property Owners Association Barnes/Eau Claire Lakes Area, and Upper St. Croix Lake Association.
