What is the Upgrade Policy & how does Comparable or Better Seating work for me?
When you purchase tickets that are not in hand (advance order) the advertised seat description sets the minimum parameter for the type of seats you will receive. Comparable or better seating is defined as: (a) tickets in a lower row of the same or equivalent section; (b) or tickets in a lower row in a section of the same stadium/arena level that is closer to the center of the stadium (i.e. 50 yard line). Unless explicitly noted in either the advertised seat description or the seat description on the invoice,comparable or better seating is not affected by team affiliations and does not include a specific side of the stadium (i.e. team side) or a specific view of anything other than the playing field, (i.e. the band, scoreboards, video boards, or surroundings outside the stadium etc). If you absolutely require certain, unique seats in an exact location DO NOT bid on this auction; please contact us to discuss other options for in-hand inventory.
