Every case is viewed individually, but our policies are as follows: Inductions – over 41 weeks Rupturing of the membrane only when clinically indicated. Pain Relief – We offer a wide range of pain relief methods, including acupuncture not yet cleared by Ethic and Legal, and women are welcome to bring in TENS machines. Electronic monitoring during labour: this is done on a case-by -case basis and when deemed necessary.
